When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: May be a serine protease inhibitor. Subcellular Location: Secreted. Note: Secreted into the lumen of the initial segment of the epididymis and binds to sperm. In the initial segment of epididymis, localizes on the dorsal surface of the acrosomal region of sperm, gradually becomes more restricted to the acrosomal region in spermatozoa during epididymal transit (By similarity). Similarity: Contains 1 Kazal-like domain.
