產品介紹 Sodium/bile acid cotransporters are integral membrane glycoproteins that participate in the enterohepatic circulation of bile acids. Two homologous transporters are involved in the reabsorption of bile acids, one absorbing from the intestinal lumen, the bile duct, and the kidney with an apical localization(SLC10A2; MIM 601295), and the other being found in the basolateral membranes of hepatocytes (SLC10A1).[supplied by OMIM]

Function:
The hepatic sodium/bile acid uptake system exhibits broad substrate specificity and transports various non-bile acid organic compounds as well. It is strictly dependent on the extracellular presence of sodium.

NTCP(鈉離子/?;悄懰峁厕D運蛋白)(鈉離子-牛磺膽酸共轉運多肽)Na+/taurocholate Cotransporting Polypeptide是 肝臟的膽汁酸鹽吸收主要是鈉離子依賴性轉運子NTCP介導的,主要吸收牛磺膽酸,是肝細胞特有的一種轉運載體,分布在肝細胞基側膜在肝小葉和肝的腺泡表達較多。
有學者認為:NTCP是乙肝病毒的細胞表面受體分子,是HBV和HDV的功能受體,這些研究將有待于科研人員的進一步證實。
